Kan zijn dat ik iets mis, maar dit is toch echt de garantieomschrijving op de site van Highlite: 8.2 The date on the invoice of Highlite, mentioning the delivered goods, is the commencing date of the guarantee period. Client will receive a 2-year factory guarantee on goods on which this guarantee is applicable. This guar- antee consists of the following: in the first 6 months Highlite will give a full guarantee, including the collection of the damaged goods and the returning to the client of the repaired or replaced goods (or parts). For every returning by the client, the client must request a return assignment (RMA). Without RMA High- lite will not accept the returned goods or any responsibility. After the first 6 month and until the second year the client has to return the damaged goods his self after requesting RMA. The costs of this returning will be at the clients' expense. In the second year client will only receive a factory guarantee, which does not include sleets parts. This is at the discre- tion of Highlite. There is no guarantee on light bulbs. If the client wishes to refer to this guarantee, he must present an invoice at all times. Without invoice, all rights to this guarantee expire. | |
